Belle of the Yukon: Little musical of bar owner Scott going straight at request of his gal (Lee). The film is fast paced but very forgettable. Cast includes Randolph -Scott, Gypsy Rose Lee, Bob Burns, Dinah Beach, Charles Winninger, William Marshall, Guinn “Gigantic - Boy” Williams, and Robert Armstrong,  (84 minutes, 1944)

Buck Privates: Un-contemporary although engaging Army opus with Bud and Lou inadvertently registering. Brassy melodies (containing Andrews Sister�s “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy”) and subplots get in the way, however A&C’s regimens are amid their best; their first featuring film. Cast includes Bud Abbott, Lou Costello, Lee Bowman, Alan Curtis, The Andrews Siblings, Jane Frazee, Nat Pendleton, and Shemp Howard.  (84 minutes, 1941)

Fade-In: Strange little film made concurrently with Blue, in reference to love event between film editor Loden and guy she meets when performing on location. Not extremely excellent, however an absolute curiousity on no account discharged theatrically. Cast includes Burt Reynolds, Barbara Loden, Noam Pitlik, Patricia Casey, James Hampton, and Joseph Perry.  (93 minutes, 1968)

The Cheyenne Communal Club: Jimmy inherits and runs a bawdy home in the Old West. The film has lots of chuckles, although stereotypes are thick throughout the film. Cast includes Henry Fonda, James Stewart, Shirley Jones, Sue Ane Langdon, and Elaine Devry.  (1003minutes, 1970)

Macabre: Strange goings on in smaIl town where physician’s youthful daughter mysteriously disappears and a nameless telephone hailer declares that the kid has been buried alive. Cast includes William Prince, Jim Backus, Christine White, and Jacqueline Scott. (73 minutes, 1958)

Lust for Life: This is a bright adaptation of Irving Rock’s biography of painter Van Gogh, vividly depicting his anguished life. Quinn captured a well-warranted ‘Oscar for his performance as painter-Guy Gauguin, in this attractive color production. Cast includes Kirk Douglas, Anthony Quinn, James Donald, Pamela Brown, Everett Sloane, Niall MacGinnis, Noel Purcell, Henry Daniell, Jill Bennett, Lionel Jeffries, and Eric Pohlmann.  (122 minutes, 1956)

South Ernest Shackleton and the Endurance Expidition: Exceptional record of the fabled 1915 Ernest Shackleton journey to Antarctica and the stranded team’s attempts to stay alive. The tale has been remunerated and emphasized as long as then, however nothing could evaluate to this original, simple account with startlingly transparent footage that looks as if it was shot this moming (88 minutes, 1919)

Just for Fun: A group of adolescents develop their own partisan group to climb the pop polls completes this forgettable rock musical trifle. Cast includes Mark Wynter, Cherry Roland, Richard Vernon, Reginald Beckwith, John Wood, Bobby Vee, The Crickets, Freddie Cannon, Johnny Tillotson, Ketty Lester, and The Tremeloes. (85 minutes, 1963)

Seminole: Adept cast in uncommon drama in reference to sincere cavalry lieutenant Hudson trying to help Indian tribe’s attempts to prevail free of white man�s law. Cast includes Rock Hudson, Barbara Hale, Anthony Quinn, Richard Carlson, Hugh O’Brian, Russell Johnson, Lee Marvin, and James Best. (87 minutes, 1953)
